Sainath Education Institute
In 2022, Braveheart contributed $1000 to a fundraising campaign for the Sainath Education Institute in Kajiado County, Kenya, for a 60-machine dual training school.
The institute developed an accredited curriculum under the National Industrial Training Authority.
From May 2022 to December 2023, it has trained 1,700 youth, primarily women (70%), across 10 counties, with 98% securing jobs in the garment manufacturing sector.

Braveheart Evergreen
On June 30, 2023, Braveheart generously donated 100 blankets valued at $500 to an orphanage in the Dondora Slums of Nairobi County, supporting 80 orphaned children and caretakers aged 2-12 years, in collaboration with the Rotary Club Nairobi. This donation is significant, as many children lack warm clothing and blankets and sleep on wooden beds.
Much more can be done. We are currently seeking support for our next initiative, which aims to provide mattresses and bed nets to help prevent malaria infections.

Reusable Sanitary Pads
Dignity in Her Hands is a bold initiative tackling period poverty in Kenya by providing schoolgirls in marginalized communities with reusable, hygienic Salama Pads menstrual kits by Saafkins™ —made locally by students in Sainath Education institution, backed by health education and community engagement, this program restores dignity, reduces school absenteeism, and fosters the creation of green jobs.
Braveheart has contributed $1000 towards a 2025 pilot supporting 500 girls, to prove that when girls have access to safe menstrual care, they don’t just stay in school—they thrive.
We have a goal to reach >20, 000 girls in 2026.
